Anodizing technologies, Inc. specializes in providing it’s customers with rectangular, open top tanks for your anodizing system either existing (replacement and additional tanks), or for a brand new anodizing system.

Tank materials include:

• Co-polymer polypropylene (CPP)

• Stainless steel

• Mild steel

• Polypropylene lined with stainless steel

• Stainless steel lined with polypropylene

• Polypropylene or stainless lined with Kynar (PVDF)

• Sandwich insulated lined tanks

• Insulated and jacketed tanks

 

We provide sizes from laboratory, bench-top up to the limiting size of what can be shipped by truck. Purpose-designed tanks include:

• Anodizing tanks – these can be “bare” tanks, or outfitted.

• Chemical process tanks such as cleaning, etching, desmutting, etc.

• Single rinse tanks

• Double counter flow rinse tanks

• Seal tanks

• Others to meet your requirements

 

Outfitted tanks can include things such as:

• Anode and cathode bus,internal cathodes

• Cooled electrolyte return distribution lines

• Air agitation spargers

• Electric immersion heaters and controls

• Steam or hot water coils
